If I were an egg, I'd be fried
Jul. 5th, 2007 04:08 pmAm I the only one who felt like this was a two-Monday week? Because Tuesday surely felt like Friday, Wednesday like Saturday and today like Monday again. Sure the pain is lessened by the fact that tomorrow really is Friday, but that doesn't erase the Monday-ness of today.
At least I had a nice, relaxing 4th. Becky and I went to see Paris, Je T'Aime, partially just for the a/c, partially for all the variety of actors and directors. Then we drove all around downtown and midtown looking for an open non-chain restaurant. Heh, finally found one that had the craziest hours I've ever seen (7:00 pm to 1:00 am) where I had a most delicious blueberry cheesecake martini. Mmmmm!
Today it's back to the grindstone, a two-hour lunch out in Natomas and a going away fiesta. Yep, productivity central...
