(no subject)

So I'll be driving to LA for the first time ever this weekend (well, we're not taking my car so I don't know if I'll be doing any driving, but I'll be in it the entire time). My handy little map says LA is 366 miles from Sacramento and basically it's a straight shot down I-5. With stats like that I can't help but be reminded of the torturous 300 mile drive on I-55 between St. Louis and Chicago. I know that there'll be less corn on I-5, but will it be as painfully dull? I'll let you know next week... (even though I assume the answer is already big fat world of YES!)
