it's like studying for finals
Nov. 3rd, 2008 08:50 pmIt's 8:50 pm the night before the election and, just like every single election before this, I have yet to start finish my "in-depth" analysis of all the $#%@ propositions I'll be voting on tomorrow. League of Women Voters, please don't let me down now!
In happy news, eggnog lattes are back at Peet's. Yay! I can't emphasize enough just how much this helped me get through work yesterday. Mmmm, merry Christmas, y'all!
ETA: In "studying" my ballot, I've decided I'm going to vote for somebody based soley on the fact that their last name is Frink. Hee, I just love that name!
Also, am I the only one who gets incredibly distracted by all the Spanish on the ballot? When it comes to important documents I like to try to read ALL the small print. So my brain thinks it needs to read all the Spanish on the ballot, too. I don't care what you think of me for saying this, but I'd like to request an all-English ballot, please.
